The Santa Rosa Art Center welcomes the new season with “A Many Splendored Spring.” Art for the show will focus on the stunning revival of life and light that underpins a new season of rebirth and growth, changing colors and forms.

Small Works
Shadows and Reflections
March 6 – April 28, 2026
Exploring the impact of light on surfaces and various subjects.
Shadows may create abstract images suggesting the presence of something not fully seen or a portal to another dimension.
Reflections offer visual interpretations that can alter and even distort the presence of a scene or object and suggest other meanings, pushing against the boundary that separates truth from illusion.

Serenity

Serenity in artwork is represented by qualities both vibrant and serene. It might be captured in a quiet moment in nature, rich with colors and details. Or it might be a state of calmness, peace, and tranquility. Some might describe such artistic tranquility as a “visual sanctuary,” one that offers mental balance, reflection and even relaxation to the viewer.
Submit your artwork up to 12″ in any direction, including frame. You may enter up to 2 pieces and will receive 60% of sales and SRAC 40%.
Entry fee: Members $20/entry, $30/2 entries
Non-Members $25/entry, $45/2 entries
