Out to Sea

June 4 – August 1, 2026

The sea covers three-fourths of our planet, no wonder it’s a profound artistic subject for power, emotion and mystery. The ocean is alive with brilliant reflections of light, a vast atmospheric backdrop with tides of natural power. Artists explore the sea in ways that arouse both symbolism and memory. It is a muse, an ebb and flow of deep feelings and deeper mysteries, a symbol of purity, tranquility and power…and also danger, risk and mortality.

Red, White & Blue

July 2 – August 29, 2026

Opening Reception on First Friday July 3 5-8pm

What do the colors red, white, and blue mean to you? Do they remind you of the founding of our country 250 years ago, patriotism, and the American flag? Or do they remind you of red Kites, blue skies, or white flowers?

Forces of Nature

August 6 – September 25, 2026

Submit artwork August 2 11am-3pm

Fire, earth, air and water embody the tempests of our human experience such as floods, storms, the shakes of an earthquake or the fiery explosion of a volcano. Evident in these elements was their awesome and often frightening expression of upheaval. Yet these forces are also fundamental to survival: there would be no life without water, no atmosphere without air, no hearth without fire, and no nourishment without the bounty grown from fertile soil.

Together, these forces of nature are the theme for the August show. Artists are invited to submit artwork in any medium up to 36” in any direction, including frames, that expresses the qualities and power of our planet’s natural forces.
