We the People

September 3 through October 30

Opening Reception: September 3 from 5-7 pm

Who are the People?
We are the People.
All the People.

Throughout our history, the meaning of the phrase We the People has become more and more inclusive.  According to the Constitution, our government exists to serve its citizens and we are all equal in the eyes of the law. Artwork by Bay Area and Northern California exploring the promise, shortcomings and failures of our current state of government to ensure the inclusivity of all citizens.
